-The main functionality of SEDUBAI search engine comes from a search box where you can type your search term (any search term), an Advance Search where you can click and select the options.tions.
Search is simple (like google says) just type whatever comes to mind in the search box and hit Enter or click on the Search button.
-For Buy or For Rent
-By typing "Buy" or "buy" in any order in the search box, the engine will query the database and brings only the properties marked as For Sale, Sale, Buy, ...
Also you may use the drop down menu. Search is simple.
-Very similar to finding properties for Buy, you can search properties for Rent as well.

-Type whatever you wish for.
Also you can choose the number of bedroom from the drop down menu. Search is simple.
-The AI will understand what ever you type in.
You may type "Bedroom" "Bed" "B/R" "BDR" or whatever text which represents BEDROOM . Search is simple.

You may search for Studio or Office, too. Search is simple.
